We stayed at this park for 8 months on a powered site, well 2 different sites in fact, as we originally set up on our designated site, and was told afterwards that it was booked prior and we must re- locate. Our neighbours in a cabin , were responsible for awaking us at various anti social hrs, with their torrents of abuse to one another, and physically flinging objects around their cabin in uncontrollable rages, on a very regular basis. Ourselves and several other residents and visitors submitted our noise complaints to the office, but after 8 months and 2 managements, the problem remained and even deteriorated there forth, which led us to vacate the park in annoyance and frustration.I paid the rent for a week, but left one day early, and moved 500 kms away.17 days after moving out of the park, i received a phone call requesting to pay my over due rent and charges by Jackie one of the different receptionists, who stated i was still in the park and had been seen there!!!!!! Naturally there are numerous office failures involved here, that really need addressing, even 17 days after leaving the park, with a valid rental receipt to prove the payment and leaving date, i was accused like a villain for not paying rent and charges. We are still waiting for a courtesy call or apology of some description, and live in the hypothetical hope of one night rent reimbursement due to early departure .

Stayed here for a few weeks, complained about tv reception multiple times, came to look at it multiple times but was never fixed. Was left 3 weeks without cleaning had to ring up reception and request fresh towels after a week and a half. Games room shut at 5pm. Overall it was a poor experience and i wouldnt reccomend.

Staff were very helpful. The roads were to thin for a proper 30 foot RV. Pool is poorly managed and the hot tub was not working while we were visiting during the summer. Only reason for me to return would be, as its the only caravan park in the area.

The cabins are good and there are all cooking facilities available, like pots and pans and a stovetop and so on. The cabin are clean, but there is a problem of insects and ants are constantly trying to take over the cabins. The location is quiet and calm and it is good for families trying the camping/jungle experience. Commute to the city is tiring and nearest train station is 2.2 km away and takes about 1 hr 45 mins to reach the city and it will a headache to come back during New year's Eve. Best to have a car to commute but even by car it is 1 and 1/2 hours. The pool is nice, but requires cleaning and the lake is very nice. I'd recommend to take the cabin for going around the outskirts of Sydney but the city is a tiring journey, whatever mode of transportation you choose.

Quiet, kids play ground too small, pool is pretty good, needs more cover to be able to get out of the sun.
