Trying to contact senior management of Gateway Lifestyles is like hitting your head on a brick wall they hide and will not speak to you. The head honchos were supposed to be coming to our village at Woolgoolga to speak to the residents and committee today 10-2-2017 to be told this morning that it was a closed meeting with head staff and residents committee that I personally have no faith in at all . It seems Gateway Lifestyles just keep changing the rules to suit themselves they go , I personally made a deal with them to increase my rent for a certain amount for 1 yr, now because the rest of the community are still fighting it they have doubled the cost of supplying power to our sites as of last month so they are getting a double wammy not only has the rental income for my site gone up now they are charging me to supply me with power,my original contract is for a serviced site which includes water,power and septic now because the other tennants are fighting a rent increase they have put the price of supply of power up by $15 . 00 dollars a month. I think it stinks that you hide behind closed doors and do not face the residents that wish to speak to you directly and refuse to give email addresses to you residents as well, shame shame shame on you I thought this was going to be like heaven when I moved here to find I am living now in HELL just another rundown CARAVAN PARK not a Lifestyle Village at all
