Friendly service .The fish was questionable so we threw it out rather than risking eating it, chips also were not nice. Waste of money. Wouldn't go back. Old oil and old fish. I don't recommend this fish and chip shop.
Wow should have read the reviews before buying from this place. They are not wrong. Over cooked everything. Got the sweet sour chicken. Not worth the price for the size of it. Overall will not buy from this place ever again. Dodged out about the chicken dish now.Food: 1/5
Friendly service but the food was rubbish I'm afraid. Chips, hotdogs, chicken nuggets - all way over cooked. I took one bite of my fish burger and almost threw up. The fish was old and mushy and actually stunk. Not a fishy smell, actual rotten fish smell.
FOOD POISONING!! My local fish and chip shop was shut due to covid so came across this place.. Big difference in prices with my local!! This place is very expensive per scoop or item eg hot dog, fish. Not only more expensive but the scoop sizes were very different. 2 scoops is more the size of 1 scoop. My 6 yr old daughter had a fish also very small in size I had a vegeterian Pattie which was basically mushy mash potato and fried like a potato fritter. That night my daughter was violently ill with food poisining... Has certaintly put both of us off fish and chips me mostly due to the smell of the fatty vomit. Give this a ZERO rating but cant...
New owners and found staff rude. Signs about checking order and buyers fault very off putting. Good fish in cabinet. Was better service when students worked here. Parking tricky. Better manners and sign removal suggested.
Overcooked and oily chips. Gross small fish that tastes of ammonia. Hot dog is pretty good though. That's all I have to say.
Limp greasy s9ggy chips. Greasy tasteless patties - filling was doughy and grey. We couldn't tell which patty was which!
ordered some fish and found a bug of some sort was also very overcooked as well as chips also had bacon and cheese burgers and they tasted like dirt
What an absolute rip off! One scoop, more like half a scoop, overcooked and brown. Two fish, only the size of the palm of my hand and smelt fishy as though it had been left out all day. A tray of fried rice, small tray only half full and six bits of chicken. $25 don't waste your money here, if I could give a zero star review I would.
First fish was okay, a bit overdone. Second fish tasted funny and smelled of ammonia. I thought I was imagining things and had a few big bites but they were awful. I emptied the flesh out of the batter thinking it would be okay to eat the batter. It tasted okay but then I smelled it and I had to pull my head back quickly. It smelled strongly of ammonia. Now looking it up on Google, it says that the fish is in the state of decomposition if it smells of ammonia. I hope I don't get sick tonight.
