This place may have great customer service but they don't care for food health and safety having purchased numerous out of date products, some over a year old. Products consumed out of date, such as salami sticks, ice creams, puppy milk, cold drinks and bacon. We have raised these issues with the owner directly and they are yet to rectify the issue. This was my local shop and we have been dealing with such issues for over three years now, having given every new owner/manager a new chance. They charge convenience pricing when they are not a 24 hour business and then also sell you out of date products at this high price. I have tried to contact the council and they have informed me that there are no legalities around selling out of date products so long as they are best before (including products up to and over a year old), DISGUSTING. I will no longer be shopping at this location and would suggest everyone else does the same. Oh and the 1 star is for CALLUM the csr who has always delivered exceptional customer service, that's one part that will be missed.

Very slow service. Frying fat a bit smelly in the store but not too bad. Radio (commercial free to air) turned up so communication with sales assistant difficult.

Quaint but small so limited in selection. But hot chip are great.

What a wonderful young staff, the owner should be very proud of their great young team. Friendly and hard working, yes 5 out of 5, being going there for 2 years now, and always greeted with a genuine hello and the best service by each and everyone of those young staff.
