We bought an Essential 21ft van in 2016 and did a 3 month tropical Qld trip straight away. Van had a few minor issues but all fixed by Grants when we returned. We have found them very helpful and keen to protect their good name. We did the tropics again this year and had an issue with springs, again they were glad to make sure we were kept happy. Customers are certainly your best and worst advertisement. 
We love the van and are happy to give them a good recommendation.
