The receptionist and mechanics are always really friendly. Detailed and easy-to-understand breakdowns of what needs do be fixed or what has been fixed. Definitely recommend these guys!
I don’t know how many times of rang and spoke to the receptionist about a motorcycle and never got a call back??? So I bought a S1000r elsewhere. Just recently rang up about a service, you guessed it no call back. Very disappointed. Finally spoke to someone, rectified the problem and were a pleasure to deal with.
No bargains here. COVID has impacted the car market and the dealers know it! No real negotiation, not interested in cash as they say they get a good kickback through finance. We all know about questionable dealer warranties so lm still working out why l would consider a dealer over a private sale. Maybe time to check the private sales.
Fantastic in every respect.
These guys are great. I have my car in for a service and new part. Something went wrong with the part and so they gave me a car to use while they sorted another new part! Staff are great!

Great team, all very easy to deal with, very prompt on answering any questions. Always keeping you up to date with the progress of your vechicle. They make it a very enjoyable experience whenever you go there.
Terrible customer service. Was there to pick up my car after a service and was at the reception for more than 1 hr and no one was at the reception. Rang the bell at the reception, there was one guy with another customer but didn’t even bother to acknowledge or tell me it might take a while.
