Enjoyed lunch here! Greeted by lovely staff. Arrived right on opening time hehe Was soooo yummy and delicious! Had the shrimp and octopus balls, edamame beans, fried squid and the lunch box! We also had the teriaki beef box which the beef was amazingly good too.. didnt take a pic sorry. Would definitely recommend this place
Customer service very good, authentic cuisine. Clean. Need to book especially on a saturday as it can get quite busy. Have had one experience when the food took 50min to arrive other then that, this place is highly recommended.
Looking for Lunch location while visiting Hamilton? Then you should definitely consider this Cafe. We ordered chicken curry and Teriyaki and tempura set. Both comes with salad and miso soup. Curry added with beef and make it taste unique. Tempura were nicely done and teriyaki chicken was nicely grilled.
Had the salmon sashimi with teriyaki and the chicken katsu with beef curry. The former was a bit heavy on the salt MSG or too much soy sauce maybe?, While the latter was not bad with low amount of breading seen on the katsu points for using thigh meat! Service was nice!
If you are looking for good Japanese food, would highly recommend this place! Staff are always lovely and accommodating. Is very popular and can sometimes miss getting a table because it is that good!Food: 5/5
This restaurant has been in Hamilton for over 20 years, same owner and chef. Solid solid experience evey time. You can not do wrong here. Lunch only tho. Only wish they can start serving dinner too.Food: 5/5

We stopped by while passing through Hamilton, we were entirely delighted. The service is a bit slow, but the food it extremely well prepared. The ingredients tasted fresh and the cooking style was close to authentic we've had Japanese the world over - including Japan. The goyza, tonkatsu, salmon and akedashi tofu were all really yummy. A special callout for the salmon belly. They also have a set plate for vegetarians. The staff was friendly and prompt.
Great pricing. Very clean. Very very good service. Amazing food. I will definitley be back. You know its good when you don't even stop to take photos.! Many thanks to the reviews that made me want to go this place.
Delicious food every time we come. My whole family and friends love it here. It’s usually quite busy but still has good service and staff will always try and fit you in. Chicken teriyaki tempura set is my favourite
