Worst customer service. Clearly profit is the only priority. Went in for a massage and as booked massage of 1 hour- timed at 40 mins, and was in a hurry to get me out. furthermore, with the wax, as entering and preparing to be waxed, common sense of the worker to have washed her hands from previous customer- but this wasn't done, as there was sticky wax on her fingers; this was not my first experience at a salon- one waxing spatula was used on my entire body- allowing the hair that's been removed to be put back in the waxing pot. Won't be coming back- don't even know why anyone would!
Ibeauty is the best place to get your eyebrows done. Rebecca is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else besides Jess and Madeline with my eyebrows. Definitely would recommend 100/10
highly recommend for all beauty treatments. Friendly staff, great vibe. I always get compliments on my eyebrows.
Wait time is an issue here. Ran 20 mins late the first time I came and have been waiting for 50 mins for my appointment. They need to learn to manage their time and keep their commitments.
