Great staff and friendly staff! They did great job! Sometimes I ask her turn light down and yep she did. Anyway Bed is good and comfortable! Massage was sooooooooo gooooooood! 5 Stars! Well done

Would not recommend. Very skilled and lovely therapist let down by shopfittings - squeaking bed and floors, pokey treatment room is an OH&S risk, and by very noisy, disrespectful staff on the front desk. All of this meant that the "dreamland indulgence package" was not very relaxing! No attention to detail with ambience (music, candles, etc) and threadbare towels. Plus having your therapists try to upsell a gift voucher during treatment is not classy. This experience did not represent the Ella Bache brand in best light - lucky the products speak for themselves!
