We bought a Kona hybrid 2020 edition #1 and it's an incredible experience. The car is great value, worth every cent. It's a great feeling to drive silently in small neighborhoods, respect pedestrians and their environment: their air, the sounds, and the visuals. It's only a matter of time before full electric will work for us. In the meantime we're doing our part in the process where people are getting less self-centered and more aware of each other and the environment. Kudos to Hyundai for the premium experience. Special thanks to Anthony and Hugo for your help getting that premium experience at great value. You guys are real salespeople: you understand us and adapt, your embody the peps and quality of the brand, and you make the experience smooth and attractive end to end.

Verdict  Engine flywheel oil seal hs 1475 euros repair not covered of course.  And many other defects since the purchase  - Hard in the gear lever never solved after 2 passages because it did not shock the workshop foreman "each car is different, he said" I tried 3 none had this problem  -Car that always pulls to the right despite 2 parallelism I'm not the only one in this case  -Front wing and engine hood insulation foam completely eaten by rodents but not their fault either  - Big lack of power if car loaded on mountain road really not recommended  Supposedly the workshop manager of the Kremlin Bicetre garage told the after-sales service that the vehicle complied with its approval and that it was misuse,  the workshop foreman tells me that he would never have said that but that he did not want to pay out of pocket for a more guaranteed vehicle and that he did not follow something that I can understand.  So here is after-sales service no no no car unreliable but well finished and spacious for a family with 2 children, manufacturer really avoided because no professionalism on their part, in addition the adviser dares to tell me that the garage gave me a reduction on parts bravo Hyundai and thank you again for the hard pill to swallow. Verdict  Joint spi volant moteur hs 1475 euros de réparation non pris en charge bien-sur.  Et beaucoup d'autre défaut depuis l'achat  -Dur dans le levier de vitesse jamais résolu  après 2 passage car ça na pas choqué le chef d'atelier "chaque voiture et différente ma t'il dit" j'en ai essayé 3 aucun n'avait ce souci  -Voiture qui tire toujours a droite malgré 2 parallélisme je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas  -Mousse isolation aile avant et capot moteur complétement manger par les rongeurs mais pas de leur faute non plus  -Gros manque de puissance si voiture chargé sur route de montagne vraiment déconseillé  Soit disant le chef d'atelier du garage du Kremlin Bicetre a dit au SAV que le véhicule était conforme a son homologation et  que c’était de la mauvaise utilisation,  le chef d'atelier me dit qu'il n'aurait jamais dit ça mais qu'il ne souhaité pas payé de sa poche pour un véhicule plus garantie et qu'il na pas suivis chose que je peux comprendre.  Donc voilà SAV nul nul nul voiture peu fiable mais bien finit  et spacieuse pour une famille avec 2 enfants,constructeur vraiment a évité car aucun professionnalisme de leur part,en plus le conseiller  ose me dire que le garage ma fait une réduction sur les pièces bravo Hyundai et merci encore pour la pilule difficile a avaler.  MAJ de mon avis  après réparation le 05/05 aujourd’hui le 10/10 niveau d'huile bien en dessous de la moitié après seulement pile 5000 km,impossible de les joindre par téléphone je me rend sur place demain mais vraiment dégouté je ferait un retour sur ce qu'il vont me dire  Re maj  J ai désormais un véhicule qui consomme pas mal d'huile toujours un bidon dans le coffre,la concession du Kremlin ma demander pourquoi je ne l'avait pas encore vendu et qu'il faudrait peut être passer sur de la 10w40....bref il sont très mauvais sur les moteur Hyundaiune seule envie m en débarrasser au plus vite.. encore merci Hyundai premier et dernier véhicule chez ce constructeur
