Hyde Park
"Hyde Park is Australia’s oldest park. It’s also one of the most well-known. With just over 16 hectares of wide open space in the heart of central Sydney, there is no shortage of lush grass if you want to claim a small piece of land for an impromptu picnic, or simply have a seat and take a breather. You’ll always be able to spot sunbathers clustered around in twos and threes, lazily soaking up the sun’s rays. There are also plenty of benches in the park if you want to put your feet up without ruining your Sunday best!"

I’m so glad Hyde Park has been preserved throughout the years. It’s a great place to sit and have lunch and or just watch people. It’s incredibly well kept, safe, shady, sunny and beautiful
Room was neat and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Loved the little kitchenette. Had a nice view from the balcony.
One of the best parks in Sydney. Beautiful with a large green cover and a fountain centre piece, ample of seating arrangements and just next to the railway station. A great picnic place to relax and spend time with family and friends.
Great place to visit and see some of Sydney's many landmark sights like st mary's cathedral, the war memorial, captain cook statue, beautiful park nice for exercise or just sit on a bench and injoy the surrounding stunning city skyline day or night it's great , parking can be tricky not bad at nighttime & more..
Beautiful space to walk through. Fantastic fountain
One of my favorite places to take a walk, relax and watch the nature .... Amazing peaceful scenes and nice shades .....
Beautiful park, took a picnic lunch and enjoyed it watching out over Sydney Harbour, under the shade of an enormous Moreton bay fig tree. Great break from city life.
This is the park I spent my adolescent growing up with, it has always welll taken care by the council. Flowers are in rotations, so I get to explore new things every now and then. Lovely place, a gem in the city.
Such a beautiful place with a variety of different plants and trees all throughout this iconic, manicured park. At night you can see the possums scurry from tree to tree.
