almost worth your time & fuel to drive to kingston mitre ten. dirty store and rude staff with no idea what they actually stock... bloke who works in the Kings area has a major attitude problem. you can ask him if they stock a kings product and he will say no, but low and behold they do… he is just too lazy to actually help you.

I've found the customer service here to be fantastic, every time I've visited someone has asked me if I need assistance, compared with other experiences in different hardware stores where I'm not helped at all, I now only go to this store. The plants are very healthy and looked after and they have a good range of most things .
Great service and good staff with product knowledge, products stock a little low in some important areas . Price was good good store layout easy to find what you need .
I normally have a very good shopping experience at this store but today was a different story because it was two minutes past closing time. I asked for assistance in finding the item I was looking for but I was told I had to leave.
Terrible, had not gone for a couple of years because of bad experience prefer to go to Kingston, but recently decided to give it another go to shop local support local. I went twice both times the price at the checkout was more and mean substantially more than what was marked on the rack. If I hadn't noticed I would have been paying more than the advertised price, the second item was $13 more than the price on the rack. They offered me the item for the rack price but I rejected it waked out. The point being is how many other customers are being ripped off. Going back to Kingston
Fantastic service from Michael. He assisted us greatly in determining that the product we set out to purchase wasn't going to get the job done. He pointed us in the right direction and helped us choose what we really needed. 10/10
Nice store but I think you've all let yourself down by using a poorly skilled security guard. I've had a number of negative experiences being tailed And followed out the door. Tell him to go back to school to learn about customer ethics and respect for the public. And losing a few pounds wouldn't do him any harm Either. A genuinely opressive retail experience. Enough to consider finding another outlet.
Disappointed with their customer service. Pretty ordinary actually. Nice little garden centre. I'll be driving out of my way to not shop there for now.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great garden centre. Reasonable prices. Good benefits program with the Mighty Rewards program which builds up real money every time you make a purchase. Shop here quite regularly.
