I installed the Smart Energy Solar panels a year ago in April 2023 I have to say it’s the best investment I have ever made. I have a very large home, we installed a 6.6 system with one battery, with panels that work if one panel gets shaded the rest still work, I must say it would be great to add one more battery but for now one has been good. I paid a small power bill from May - September and from October to now I have not paid a cent and I still have money in credit. I highly recommend to anyone that installing solar has been brilliant. I also must admit I do think more about when I run my appliances now and setting timers to run during the day.
Terry & Ben went above and beyond giving us outstanding customer service! My mother and I were so grateful and impressed. We had a few tricky problems to work through and they solved them all.
Half a year ago, I went to this store to buy two Makita tools, but they were out of stock. I wanted to ask the staff for consultation, but no one paid attention to me. They were busy chatting. When I walked into them, they immediately ran away. They know I need help but they don't want to serve me! I booked the tools with him and told me that it would take a week to arrive. He left his contact information and never heard from me again. I suspect that the staff member did not help me reserve the tools I wanted. It was a deceptive shopping experience!
I was served by Harry from hardware at Kingston. I called the store earlier and asked if they had garage shelves in stock. Harry checked stock for me and kept it aside. When I visited the store he greeted me by my name. I was amazed by the customer service. He helped me sign up to a Mitre10 rewards card and also assisted me with delivering the products I purchased to my car. Thank you Harry for the outstanding service. Quick, efficient and friendly.
Very friendly & welcoming, informative staff.nThe horticulture centre is top class - even bring the family to browse.nThere's an impressive Shade House with a huge array of plants. Staff are very happy to assist and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Their painting section is outstanding!
