Betta Kingston are absolutely wonderful!!! They price matched competitor's pricing, but they didn't just match them, they blew them out of the competition. We saved so much more going through Betta plus they had the items we wanted in stock and could deliver 2 days later. We're so impressed with the service and we'll be using Betta next time! Thanks so much... you're the ACTUAL good guys!
I would give zero stars if I could......... After my pensioner mother purchased what she thought was a new fridge she received a dented floor stock fridge. After calling the manager he gave her the following options after originally not believing turns out they delivered her fridge to someone else and she got the floor stock: she could have a refund, they could order a new one for her and she could keep the dented one in the process or they could give her a $100 discount which was pathetic. She decided she would be happy to wait the 8 to 10 weeks for a new one and keep the dented one until that time. After she decided that the manager changed his mind and said she wouldn't be allowed to keep the dented fridge during that time. So they completely stuffed up and took no responsibility and then wanted to leave their CUSTOMER without a fridge for 10 weeks! And the worst part is they didn't see an issue with that! The manager offered no solutions, was rude, he really doesnt know the meaning of customer service and really just didn't care. He kept blaming everyone else. We ended up going to The Good Guys and got the same fridge at a discounted price. So save yourself the hassle and go straight to The Good Guys, they know how to look after their customers.

Recently bought a TV from these guys. Their prices match those of the bigger names in town, but with more personalised service and a more convenient pickup location for those south of Hobart. Solid range too!
Purchased a 45cm Artusi Freestanding Dishwasher. Dion the sales person was excellent. Was very happy with his service. Dion was also very prompt in responding to all email queries and sending the tax invoice. Happy to support a local business. Will surely buy products again in the future from this store.
I tried ordering major kitchen appliances over the Internet to "save money", but ended up in the hassle of damaged goods, organising refunds, repackaging an oven and two dishwashers. I found dealing with a local electrical store much easier, and just as economical, as well as being able to ring up a real human and ask questions. The Guys at Betta Kingston knew their products, delivered when promised and provided really competitive prices on a Fridge, a Stove, and two dishwashers, without any fuss. I love it when a plan comes together.
We were looking for a fridge recently and after shopping around we found the best customer service and the best deal at Betta Electrical Kingston. Steve was the man that invited us to bring any cheaper prices we found elsewhere, back to Betta, for them to try and beat - which they did by a whopping $400, not only that, he organised a loan fridge for us until our new fridge arrived. Hats off to the delivery guys as well, not only were they friendly and polite, they were really helpful removing our old fridge and super careful making sure they didn't damage any doorways, floors etc., in the process. We always try to 'keep it local' when we buy and two of the main things that we look for are great customer service and value for money - we found both of these at Betta. Thanks Steve and the team at Betta Electrical Kingston - your help was very much appreciated.
Huge thank you to Dion for his patience, consideration and terrific service today. Not easy when you're online and going back and forth but Dion was wonderfully patient, extremely helpful and came up with some good solutions to my dilemma! Nothing was too much trouble.
Great people to do business with. There was none of the usual BS from a sales person as you often find in similar businesses, the purchase was therefore a breeze and the price was way below what the bigger stores were offering in their clearance sales. Well done Betta electrical Kingston!!!!
