Terrible customer service at the Dunedin Branch. We recently purchased a lounge suite during a promotion. 18 month intrest free was advertised, at the time of making this order we did ask if this was financed through Gem visa, which we were told it was. After the purchase we noticed it is only 6 months. We received appalling customer service from the manager, insisting she told us otherwise and that we simply misunderstood. The manager was unwilling to resolve this and insisting she was right.

Also had dreadful service from the manager. I was so upset at the way she spoke to me I transferred my order to the head office. I will never set foot in that shop again
