Worst service I've ever experienced. Our order was incorrect- no nuggets in a nuggets kid's meal, nor toys in either. My wife's burger meal failed to include fries. Upon returning from our apartment with now cold food, & a request the order is rectified, staff invited me to keep the now cold untouched food, and to provide the missing nuggets, sauce & chips. I declined & requested the entire meal be redone. Eventually we recieved our meal as per the order, but discovered 'spicey sauce' in the 2 kid's meals, which I expect was deliberate, & despite taking away our cold burgers & fries, it was those same cold items we recieved back in a new Hungry Jack's paper bag.
I was at the hungry Jack’s on Aerodrome Road at 1 o’clock this afternoon and ordered onion rings which were steeped in grease and taste it three days old. And they got the order wrong on my hamburger as well. I commented to my friend that I was with I wonder why this place is empty at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. Now I know your food is not fresh and the girl at the counter could’ve cared less about getting my order right.
I don’t have Hungry Jacks often, today I was very impressed with the service I received from Jack. He was prompt, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. A very nice young man and a credit to his parents I'm sure.
Ordered a super stunner and got no ice cream. Second time order has been forgotten. I recommend to thoroughly check your order before leaving.
Very poor service, order and coffee's were wrong and when questioned the response was rude. I will never make the mistake again going to this store. If I could rate a zero I would.
We were the only car in the drive through for a couple of minutes before ordering, then for another 2 minutes waiting at the window yet they still had no idea which order was ours. Ordered 3 burgers, got 2. One wasn't even what I ordered. got an Angus instead of a California. The burger was hard and overcooked. The bun was Squashed. Wouldn't go back there, except to get a refund.
We just got drive-through and Louise was so patient and kind, we really appreciate his time for customers and having a great work ethic
The worst hungry jacks I've been too, we ate inside ,the soft drinks were hot ,no ice ,the burgers were flat and extremely dry and greased, chips were ok though.Food: 1/5
was in the drive thru, sat there for 5 minutes not a single person responded over the speaker box. drove to the window there were about 15 people just talking and laughing
Good service from Zoe I think her name was, Handling so well while serving, was extremely busy at the time and they where all flat out keep it up.
