Great South African Portuguese food, clean, friendly staff with a smile and did a lot to make everyone welcome. The sink was a welcome addition for my saucy sticky fingers haha Only thing I wish was that it was at the Sunshine Plaza. Mafikizolo in the background was happy music tribute to South Africa. Keep up the great work guys :
Excellent service, Halal charcoal BBQ chicken that's simply melt in the mouth! We also discovered a yummy garden salad, sweet potato chips and pink guaeva drink on ice!
Excellent food on multiple visits, waiting time was reasonable and generally good service. Interesting decor inside. Fun fact: This is the last Nandos on the north side of Brisbane until you get to Rockhampton! Some of my friends drive 3-4 hrs from Hervey Bay with the goal to have this for Lunch!
Lovely food - if only they could get the order right. They have managed to get the order wrong the past three times I have eaten. The atmosphere tonight was pretty ordinary be ause we had to keep swatting flies away. Maybe they should employ more staff on Friday nights. Vegetarian options: Impressive selection of options.
The guy on duty today did not know about free side offer and refused to help me. Told me to sit at a table and order. He was not helpful at all. Really missing the previous manager, Luke. He was so helpful. This shop will close down if the current staff is not improving quickly. The standard of food is not the same
Walked in just as they had opened and there was one person waiting for their order. Went to order but was rudely told to use the QR code for takeaway orders. Thought it was odd given there was no one in the store. I asked if I could just order at the front but the guy serving said no. Ended up ordering with the QR however it took much longer than a usual front counter order. Someone else came in shortly after and another server happily helped him order his takeaway at the front! Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while.
You can't pay with cash, the you have to order a full menu. Not just the wraps. Last time I went and I thought for the money of the full menu wrap, chips and drink I can go to a fancy restorant for the same money. So that is what I did and I don't think I will go back to Nandos unless you fix this. Your wraps are good, but chips and drinks doesn't make any difference to your menu that is just low quality food that you have to buy?
I had an online order placed 30 minutes before we rocked up and still took an extra hr of waiting inside the shop. Multiple people complained on the same night. The food isn't worth anywhere near the price and wasting that much time.Food: 2/5
Food is good, no problem about that. But, I hate the fact that they force the customers to use the app to order. What’s the point of dining in if I will go through the pain of ordering online again while dining-in? Plus the app is not working during the busy hours. So frustrating.
Manager Chris was fantastic including other staff members were very friendly. Food was too good. But using online ordering app for the dine-in is a pain.
