Quick Efficient Correct order received

I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but not any more, chips are always cold, dry and not salted, burgers look like they have been thrown across the room a few times and that's only if they get your order right which is maybe 1 out of 5 times... disappointing to say the least!

Need to lift their game. Some staff are good, some are average. Food quality is still average, but better than 6 months ago.

It alyways gave me the best food and very close to my house

Make sure you check your order before driving off here, they get wrong more often that not.  Burger & chips are cold and look like it’s been picked up off the floor. When I did complain the staff didn’t apologise, they treated me like an inconvenience

Need to focus on customer service at the counter and less on menu log customers

Best HJ burger i have had in a long time, was fresh, hot and even looked like an advertised burger, well done guys.
