Ordered stinging maple feast today. Sweet potato chips under cooked, fried chicken was cold soggy, cold chips, kamikaze sauce taste like maple syrup. Chicken strips was too salty. Customer service Indian lady was rude, had to repeat my order 3 times and still didn’t get it! Nothing good comes out of this store
After 6 people stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes before 1 of the 3 staff members finally served us they managed to forget my drink and my sauce. The staff members all yelled and each other in Indian and very casually strolled around in no real hurry to fill orders. From go to woah it took around 18 minutes to get my order filled.
Just popped in to buy some crunchified chicken for dinner before going to work. The chicken was inedible. It was luke warm, dehydrated and hard. It had obviously been in the heater cabinet too long. Unfortunately I don't have time to take it back for Refund before heading off to work, and they'll be closed when I get off work tonight. So it looks like you've got away with dumping your old dried up chicken on another, poor unsuspecting mug! NOT GOOD ENOUGH, CHICKEN TREAT!
Always go here because its near my work. Foods always great, customer service is always top of its game and its always fast and efficient. Workers even go above and beyond and remember my order and never don't give the service with a smile
Just bought some crunchified chicken and chips….echoing the last review I read. Chicken was awful. Lukewarm at best, tough, and definitely not crunchy. Will never go there again….back to Banksia Grove for us.
Fried chicken looked good on the outside but the inside tasted like burnt chicken.
Check your orders they often mess things up, also if you are craving chicken best to call first to make sure they actually have some as they are prone to running out. I am no longer wasting my money at this store, the staff are beyond incompetent. I can't eat banana and for the 4th time, even after previous complaints I get banana in my Hawaiian pack, throw out half the chips and the chicken. What happened to good chicken treats.... Update: emailed as asked below and yet no response... Looks like the customer service at this store is par for the company. Update 4 weeks later no response from Chicken Treat, wife decided to get a "treat" and get Chicken treat on the way home ordered the same meal as listed above yet this time instead of putting in a banana, we got a 1/4 chicken at full price of a half... the chicken is dry the pineapple fritters are burnt, this store is still beyond incompetent. Called and complained, got a meal replacement...no apology no goodbye got hung up on. Absolutely useless. Do not waste your time or money.
It was good altogether and while food was getting cooked we were offered to try the cheese balls but there were spicy but also really deliciousFood: 4/5
rudest lady working in drive thru. she obviously had problems hearing us and so she said “can you stop saying stupid things” while giving us the dirtiest look.
Little Drum Stick like a twig. Breast not cook . Chips dry and overdone.
