Highly recommend you fire the entire team of staff here and try again with some decent people who actually have pride for their job. You should be handing out food free with the lack of quality that’s served. Fast food is the easiest form of hospitality and you lot aren’t even capable of making fresh fries and putting the container up-right in the bag, let alone make a burger with 3 damn ingredients.nSomeone with a brain needs to over-look the incompetent children making food here.
Thought I would try the new Turkish double sausage breakfast burger, I was the only car in drive through then a second car came. Waited in parking for 20min car behind me was given their food ASAP the lady didn't say anything about the wait then deliveted the slop wrapped in paper and waited ages no other cars see the photo below what I got what they advertised.nDon't go it was horrible and the patty tasted awful.
Ordered plant based burger got home ate a few bites and then realised it was not plant based i havent had meat in 8 years!! really upsetting. instead of asking every second “is that all” maybe listen to what we are sayng u might have heard me say plant based and not interupt with is that all
Ordered a whopper Junior with extra angry onions and one extra beef patty and some regular fries on the app went through the drive-through got my stuff, opened my burger and seen that my extra stuff wasn’t on there So I Walked back in to get my extra stuff and waited five minutes by the time my chips were cold in the car and when the lady handed me back my burger I asked if it was all there correctly and she replied. Yes when I got back to the car I had only got my extra onions but not my extra beef patty. I was furious at this point so I walked back in there for the 2nd time and asked them how hard it is to make a burger? so the manager grabbed it and walked to the back and asked one of the cooks to read the screen properly, and handed my burger back within 30 seconds. I didn’t want to look at it when I got back to the car in case they got it wrong again. If so, I was gonna be really upset and start throwing stuff In Hungry Jack’s so I got home opened up my burger and there was no lettuce also no fresh tomato. Wtf? Am i dreaming?…I am never ever going back there ever again they are so useless.
