Absolutely appalling customer service, so disappointed in the treatment we received!!! Made to wait for a long period for an order, no explanation or APOLOGY for the wait. People ordered after me received their's almost immediately and when i mentioned it there was no apology or acknowledgement. Hubby could not even use the rest room it was that disgusting, he spoke to manager and they had no apology for it either. Who on earth treats good paying customers like that?????? Seeing other people being treated the exact same way while we were there too was even worse!!! U guys need to review your policies and procedures, better yet train your staff to do the right thing by customers. Will not be returning

Dont mind hungry jacks on cheat days, but they always mess up my order. at this location only. maybe time for new management and staff.. but one star cause i like the food just not here. Need better standards guys.

Arrived at 5.54pm and finally left at 6.26pm on a Saturday - over 30 minutes to get 1 burger!. Only 4 staff working (1 counter, 1 window, 2 kitchen) - on a Saturday! There were only 4 orders before ours so wasn't exactly packed with only 2 tables occupied. The staff were doing the best they could but fast food? Management need to work out what management actually is. Very poor.

SERIOUSLY WHAT’S THE POINT OF HAVING WAITING BAYS IF YOI DON’T USE THEM ?? Waited for almost 10 minutes for frozen cokes and no way to get out of the drive way !!! Slow service, rude ignorant staff who can't be bothered to even acnowledge you're presence in their store, staff too busy talking to each other and to feral friends rather than serving customers, floor behind counter FILTHY covered in food scraps, rubbish - totally gross, can't say I'll be making an effort to continue going here- it's not the first time I've encountered this at this particular store either !!
