Pathetic! We ordered food today at 5:30. Staff 2 rude and dismissive. We ordered large meals and got small. Even the small chips were only half full. The Jacks fried chicken burger was tiny, kids size. Not the first time this has happened either! $50 purchase definitely NOT worth it. How many times to we have to complain before you guys step up?????
Thought I would try the new Turkish double sausage breakfast burger, I was the only car in drive through then a second car came. Waited in parking for 20min car behind me was given their food ASAP the lady didn't say anything about the wait then deliveted the slop wrapped in paper and waited ages no other cars see the photo below what I got what they advertised.nDon't go it was horrible and the patty tasted awful.
The patty was harder than a rock and rude staff who are laughing as they take drive thru orders. Ive lived in the area over 15 years, this place has always been a disappointment. Hj’s needs to re-do this whole location.
Very dirty place. Our grilled chicken burger was not cooked at all. If there was an option for negative review I would consider that. One the most unhygienic place we ate food. Should train the staff customer service, how to cook burger, cleanliness and give complete order at once. No value for customers. We became sick after eating there.
The team that's on overnight on the friday/sat always makes everything 100%nMight be the best Hungry Jacks burgers I've ever had the pleasure of eating.nnI can't fault it. The burgers are always built to perfection at this time. Keep up the amazing work!
