The worst maccas in Australia. The food is always old, cold and not made correctly. Final straw for this review was the person serving us specifically said the sauces were in the bottom of the bag…. No sauce. Realised this when we got home. Paid extra for bacon on burgers and not on there. I have witnessed staff speak to customers including myself with such disrespect. Never any pickles on the burger even when special requests are made and I’ve even have a toasted sandwich with no ham on it and a cheese burger with no patty. Management here ought to be ashamed of themselves, hire some people that know what there doing it’s fast food for F sake, keep it simple. Seems impossible for this lot.
What a total joke.nCONSTANT insane wait times, inside or drive thru.nWatching the bagging girl yell at cook staff about how she “doesn’t want to keep packing the wrong thing” as if it’s their fault she’s a moron is hilarious. Spend less time posing, dancing around, and playing with your hair and DO YOUR JOB.n45 minutes for three burgers no sides no drinks, and still one of the burgers had no cheese. It’s bread, meat, cheese. Still stuffed it up.nShut this location down or replace all staff. An absolute joke and a perfect reason to go across the road to hungry jacks. The dopey dude behind the counter moving around at .25 meters per second likely contributes greatly to the delays.nEDIT: got a slice of cheese for the burger they couldn’t put together properly. Covered in contaminates, black and grey dust, who cares for food safety? Not maccas VP!nWent in to get it swapped and no one wanted to serve me. Really the best site in Queensland.nAlso not paying for windows licenses the grubs.
First of all, it took 15 minutes in drive thu to even get the order taken, then rocked up to pay, spoke to some kid who told me that they’re severely understaffed, so yeah okay fair enough, I didn’t find the wait an issue as I know what it feels like to work understaffed. But the real kicker: the chips they served us… SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO EVEN SELL. I kid you not, they were “warm” and stiff to the point you could barely break a chip in half, looked like they were sitting there for weeks. I know this site is the worst but like, they are most definitely not safe using safe food practices - still unsure how this site is still allowed to run actively. I know these are just chips but if this is happening with the chips, how do we know it’s not everything else. I ended up chucking them away. What a waste of my money and my time. Plus 99% of the staff are basically kids, so they don’t think of food, health & safety regulations even though they legally should!
Wish I read the reviews before I bought food there. Maybe it is time MacDonald's Australia step in! This place shouldn't be serving food. Wonder if the person that prepared this banana bread would've eaten this?
Ordered a Shamrock shake that had no green in it. I think it was just melted icecream. I kept scooping out the ice cream til I got to the bottom. Still no green. And the hash brown was so hard and cold. The others in our group also complained about their food being hard and cold. Waste of $63. Surely you can do better. Surely. Just a reminder I guess of how bad it tastes and is now, compared to the days when the first McDonald's opened in Sydney at Central Station. People would be totally shocked if they knew how much they are getting screwed.
