Not even worth one star. Ordered a large chai latte and got a standard one. When I questioned it she poured it into a large cup and added 2 cms of leftover froth and handed it back to me.😨 seriously I've been paying an extra $1.15 for 2cms of froth!! Then top it off they never made the kids their frozen cokes and were calling numbers way past ours!! No more Chai lattes for me and back to 7/11 for slushies!!!

Asked to park in the drive thru, blocked other people because how many cars were parked. Other cars infront had issues and had to take food back. Drove off and had to drive back for OUR DRINKS and got home to the wrong burgers. Called the store, and managers weren't willing to help us or even give us the right order. This is not the first time this has happened.

Extremely disappointed long time customer here- after a long wait in the line I ordered a grilled chicken with Caesar salad wrap and a choc thickshake. On arriving home the wrap was only half the size of the container with no tomatoes and the shake was definately not thick. After paying $11.70 I feel very cheated. Last time I will use Vic Point Mecca’s.😖

Absolutely atrocious. The staff don't care and pretty much every order I have received has been wrong. Their men's toilet looked as if a monkey had been let loose. Told staff and again they whatever'd me. Just avoid this place.

Iv just been through Mcdonalds drive thru in Victoria point iv asked for a crispy chicken wrap in a meal with a strawberry thick shake as drink if its only $2 extra + the chicken shaker salt as well, when i opened the McDonald bag it had no chips only the wrap and a shaker bag with salt. And the thick shake was a small. Basicly the manager said id have to drive back around to get the chips so i did. finally got to window again and was told id have to pay full price for chips as it wasnt put through as a meal or alse buy it all again as a meal deal and no matter what i said they did not care. They stuffed up my order completely and wouldnt let me pay the difference, this was the worst service i ever had at any maccas and dont know how that girl became the manager. I couldnt even complain to the manager because she was it. Unbelievable. IVE HAD TO PUT 1 STAR CAUSE THERES NO ZERO
