Went through the McDonald’s Victoria point drive-through the girl At the window that took the order was very un polite then I got my five dollar toastie with cheese and tomato. Most people cut the top part of the tomato off and don’t eat it as it’s gross and that was the only piece of tomato I got on my toastie and it was not nice. Won’t ever come back here again
Receive wrong order at least once a week. Food always cold, badly made and very unappetising. Today went through drive-thru and received a Big Mac with no top bun! My young son couldn't manage the mess in the back of the car so it would up in the bin. Service and quality worse by the day. How difficult is it to check contents of the bag are correct? Having things replaced is like extracting teeth! Abysmal.
Ordered a large a medium chips. Came out not even remotely full. Photos below. Double cheeseburger not assembled properly. No serviettes, did not check order on pick up and staff member at drive through was sloppily dressed.nnSaw her give two soft serves to the car in front that were leaning over so much they nearly fell off when she handed them over and then she dusted the flake pieces away with her hand and didn’t even bother to wipe the counter clean before I got there.nnMacDonalds what are you doing? You used to have such high expectations of you staff?!
Food was horrible. Nuggets were over cooked, cold, rock hard and tasted like they were cooked hours earlier. Genuinely tastes awful. Also soggy in spots were they had been touching during cooking.nMozzarella sticks were cold and hard.nnStaff just ignored us and were rude. Kept calling out to each other to serve us but no one was coming up to the counter.nnFor a mcdonalds that menu is more expensive example $8.95 instead of $5.75 for a happy meal then other mcdonalds they are one of the worst.
