Very nice place and happy to have playground for my kids, the playground is pretty unadvertised and when we moved here we were not sure if there was one, it is big with large slide.nFood is nice,service is ok, no table service and they put the number to collect long time before I’m the order is actually ready.nI needed one time extra ketchup pack and was surprised the cashier asked me for 60 cents for that, which was new to me as I never needed to pay for ketchup, now I order lots of ketchup on the app which is 10 cents only.nGenerally nice place and will visit again.
Don't go here for drive through in the morning unless you have 30 minutes to waste. 4 staff in side and not one of them was preparing orders for drive through customers. One person was cleaning a machine right by the window just looking at us.
Onion rings were cold and soggy, vege patty in the burger was also cold. Looks like patty and onion rings weren't freshly fried. Didn't have time to complain as I was travelling back to Melbourne.
got food, they didn’t give us 2 items, waited for like 5 minutes at the counter while staff looked in my direction and ignored me. i didn’t want to be rude and yell out to them but after a while it got a little bit outrageous and i politely asked them about the missing items. then they continued to mess up the drink. Overall fantastic experience!!
Ordered on machine custom vegan burger. No reciept given. Went to counter requesting sauce not to be stacked at the top but in between the patties. Observed person didnt relay, asked him to do so, and seemed to. Instead i got the birger i didnt want. The manager said we cannot replace custom burgers from machine, and couldnt issue a reciept as it was also seperate to their counter ordering system. I was pretty upset and frustrated at this poor service.
