We had such a fantastic experience here! The service was absolutely outstanding – the staff were so friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They were amazing with the kids, which made our meal so much more relaxed and enjoyable.nnThe atmosphere is warm and inviting, with plenty of little touches that make it a great spot for families. The kids’ meals were a hit clean plates all round! and came out quickly, which is always a win for parents.nnHighly recommend for anyone looking for delicious food, exceptional service, and a genuinely family-friendly vibe. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a lovely lunch at the Green Olive Traralgon today. Who we assume is the Manager / owner shifted us to a booth to move us out of the busy thorough fair so that was very much appreciated, as they were very busy, so this gave us a little more privacy and the noise and excitement of the birthday parties etc taking place were subdued and not to loud. My husband had the wood fired margarita pizza and devoured it, he said it was delicious, our friend Ian ordered Chicken Princess and the Pea and ham soup, unfortunately his entree soup came out with the mains however am guessing this only happened as he was the only one to order an entree, he still ate both and enjoyed each. I ordered the pea and ham soup as my main and it came with 2 delicious heated small bread rolls; with the melted butter they were the icing on the cake to compliment the soup. The soup was delicious however there was not a pea in site. That one is a mystery for Pea and ham soup, the waitress said she believed they were blended in; however, I could not taste pea. Not complaining it was still a delicious soup. We dine here a couple of times a year and have never had a meal we were not happy with. The staff are attentive, polite and plentiful so you are not kept waiting for anything normally. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. Great work team Green Olive, keep it up!
The Green Olive was very nice. The food was tasty. The staff were very kind, friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cosy. Perfect for a cold winter's night. They even have a big play area for the kids. Can't ask for much better than that. Will definitely be coming again
What a beautiful family place to go with kids. They have a special menu that change every couple of weeks. And kids have a range of menu too. Lamb shank is must try.
This is the second time we went to Olive Garden and I'm glad we did go again. Not that our first experience was bad, but this time the vibe was great and the food was on point. As we rocked up with no booking on an early Friday evening with our 3 under 7, we were welcomed and accommodated by Glen with enthusiasm. Got us a great table and engaged with the kids informing them about the m&m plushy hunt. Every meal we ordered was delicious. The play room & equipment was very clean. All the staff were friendly and it was just a great experience. It's not often you go out and the kids are treated a bit special by the restaurant, we loved it thank you!!
