Worst customer service, was told to wait in the waiting bay, waited for more then 20min when I asked if I can check my meal if it’s still warm and not cold as it took them 20 minutes to get my meals ready staff showing atitud, meal was cold didn’t bothered to take it back and wait another 20 minutes. Won’t be going back to this place anymore. Rather get a pizza that will be quicker than them. Management should provide more training how speak to customers. Very disappointing
Complete incompetence. Can’t even take my order, let alone give me a meal with chips that aren’t stale. Combine this with increases in price over the years and I’d say your better off at any of the local restaurants
This is the main one in the townnnI honestly don't know what happens to our Mcdanals around Traralgon, especially one near to the plaza.nnYou order a chicken grilled wrap, and they will issue a fried wrapnnYou order extra hot coffee, and they will give you barely warm coffeennYou tell them please don't put a lot of milk in your coffee, they will give you a coffee with full of milk.nnYou order something specific, they will make sure that, they will give you everything except that.nnMany times, you don't bother to go around, as it is hard to go back and get the actual itemnnAlso, very rude. What is happening with those guys there?
Its McDonald's.nThe day any of us get any food that looks like the menu board, it would be a massive 5 stars.nThe service was fast the order was correct.
Food and service was perfectly acceptable, cleanliness on the other hand is a one. Everywhere was dirty and rubbish over flowing. In the women's toilets you could see where built up dirt was all along edges and door jams where a rough mop has been done. If this is what the customers can see I would be worried about kitchen hygiene levels
