This is the worst I’ve ever ordered thought I might order 2 whoppers one Hawaiian tropical and the other normal whopper and what did I get 4 burgers 1 large chips and 2 shakes which is not what I orderded I called over the phone and they didn’t even say sorry it’s menu logs problem when we paid $47.00 for our dinner never Again thanks a lot well done with bad service. You guys need to read dockets properly. I waited and ordered since 5:45pm and whoever answered the phone didn’t even say we will re do the order and send another that is good customer service they however had none not even over the phone. I am that pissed never ordering here again.
I am a vegetarian, but the staff put a beef patty inside my veggie burger. Furthermore, the food presentation was very poor. The staff have very poor communication skills and denied admitting their mistake, instead arguing with me. It was a truly awful and unacceptable experience, feeling like I was being forced to eat whatever they had prepared.
Their drive through system is horrendous. Make you wait in car park bay for up to 30 mins, even though it's practically empty inside. Add in an extra 10 mins because they keep mixing up the orders with the cars. We ended up leaving without our food or even asking for money back, because it'd probably take another 30 mins to do that. Avoid.
Everytime we order hot chocolates they are cold and half filled. I understand if you’re busy but this happens even when it’s quiet! Train your team and stop ripping off your customers seriously.
I was not a big fan of burger and fast food but once I was hungry and I was going to near by hungry Jack's Caroline springs and had a rebel veg burger from there and I really liked the taste and aroma and now I am big fan of hungry Jack's. Highly recommended for all and specially who are vegetarian.
