Poor kid at counter did his job well. Was welcoming and put the order in correctly. The rest of the staff and manager looked less than interested. The look on their face was like they were going to their own mothers funeral. Food was not fresh and even made the burger wrong. 1 of our burgers had more sauce on the outside of the bun than inside it making it soggy AF... Chips were so salty they were barely edible. We did not see a single customer leave with their order correct All i can say is Enter at own Risk & please for your own sake do not have any form of expectation. You will be sorely disappointed.....

Ordered a bacon deluxe hunger tamer, got the whopper version. Disappointed but not normally enough to get me to leave a review expect the service tonight was TERRIBLE and lazy. Who ever was taking orders on drive through tonight was rude AF, 0 customer service, threw my card and meal at me. Just bit into the BBQ cheeseburger i asked to be changed to a regular cheeseburger only to find its still a BBQ cheeseburger. There's a preservative in that BBQ sauce that makes me super sick guys so thanks for that also.

Ordered a "Free Small Chips and Coke with a Whopper or Tender Crisp". Only got the whoppers. When asked about the remaining items of the deal they replied "you have to mention you want the drinks and chips when you order"!?!?!?!? Customer service is appalling and it seems to be the norm across this chain. Laughable if it weren't shocking and most unpleasant.

The food is okay but staff are not So rude and attitude is disgusting I will never go back there at all but if i do, this time i know how to talk and act.
