Everytime we order hot chocolates they are cold and half filled. I understand if you’re busy but this happens even when it’s quiet! Train your team and stop ripping off your customers seriously.

I am a vegetarian, but the staff put a beef patty inside my veggie burger. Furthermore, the food presentation was very poor. The staff have very poor communication skills and denied admitting their mistake, instead arguing with me. It was a truly awful and unacceptable experience, feeling like I was being forced to eat whatever they had prepared.

The staff is Rude and gave the wrong dri ks even though i mentioned it multiple times, the girl on the food line not even listeningto the customer. She was interested in talking to her colleagues. I ordered a delivery for the Double Tropiocal Whopper Meal on Doordash. I paid extra to change my drink to Chocolate Shake. But how dare you changed my Chocolate shake to Coke without my permission or asking me. The order was late, waiting >45 minutes just to preparing order for a burger, a drink, and 1 chip. When I received the order, I called the shop to complaint and all you could say was sorry and told me that you gave the ice cream cone as the compensation. The shop could not even tell me the reason why changing my order without letting me know first. I don't even like Coke or ice cream cone, that's why I paid extra to change my drink! Very unacceptable and unprofessional from a big brand like Hungry Jack! The destination is only 7 minutes drive, but my burger was cold, patties were dried, bacons were not the same as advertised on the picture Picture shows it will be fried to brown colour, but my bacon was white pink you did not even cook/fry it, and your team dare to say it was already cooked. Seriously this is like a fraux. Never order again, and seriously demand a full refund for this disappointment.

Charlie the manager was wonderful. She was so helpful. She even come to our table and asked how the food was. I’ve never had experience like that at any other fast food restaurant.nShe was really under the pump running the store good and the food was amazing
