Went into drive thru , person took order couldnt get order correct, at window was giving order , did not give me the large meal but a smaller one , for got the ice cream in the cup and was left waiting.... fast food ..yet to be seen and it being correct ~ : Update , came in store today quick and professional service, extremly polite in every way , Vanessa leads by outstanding in everyway possible , others in the store need to learn from here ..she will be manager very soon , VALUABLE TEAM MEMBER !!!...THANK YOU HEAPS was very patient assisting me use the app all the stars she deservingly earned them. The ones that cooked in the back also right amount of salt , pleasant meal ...thank you also.
I’ve been here twice on different days, and both times it was a joke.They ask what you want, then immediately make you feel like you’re wasting their time. The body language is disgusting - standing there bored, sighing, looking at you like “why are you ordering”.nAsk one simple question and you get one word back. They’re clearly just trying to rush you through so they can get back to doing nothing. Zero care, zero effort.nAnd it’s not just me. Same attitude to everyone in line. Other customers were getting the same dismissive treatment.nThe food is just as bad. Soggy, cold fries and burgers that have been sitting for ages. Clearly nothing fresh.nIf management can’t train staff to do the bare minimum and serve food that’s edible, they shouldn’t be open. I’m done with this store.

This is a difficult one to be fair, had a free burger on the HJ app, so went to collect. As I put order through app told me I had to spend min $1 to process order... what? That's a bit deceptivennAnyway next I ordered the pineapple punch drink because it looked amazing. It was ok, bit too sweet for me. Unfortunately it wasn't presented anything like the add. That was disappointing
We wanted to to have our hamburgers over there but almost all the tables were dirty so we had to have our food in the car.nWe ordered Large Whopper with glasses but they didnt give us the glasses unless we asked.nThe sandwiches were good but the atmosphere wasnt good at all.nnLarge Whopper 3/5
