The service here is exceptional. Love myself a bargain and get coffee nearly every morning. Today app was down and I was servered by the lovely Joyce who took my order and explained sometimes on a Monday the app is out as it’s being updated. She provided the best service and was an absolute delight. Thank you Joyce.
Really disappointed with my experience here. I paid extra to swap for a vegetarian option and was fine with the extra cost, but the staff were rude while I was making the modifications. When I got my food, it wasn’t even the order I placed. I politely asked them to check and replace it, and after waiting a while, they gave me another bag. When I asked if it was the right order this time, the staff were snarky and told me to open it up myself. Very poor customer service and not the experience I expected from Hungry Jack’s.
Omgosh. The burgers were delivered cold and sloppy by the Ubereats driver who was in training apparently, according to the Hungry Jacks staff member the chips were all missing and the drinks were half full with ice. There was zero care factor by both the driver and the Hungry Jacks staff member. Absolutely appalling!
Pretty much every table in the place was dirty & needed a wipe down, had to use baby wipes to clean. Otherwise food was fine no issues.
Again no one can follow a simple order I give up extra pickles yeah right we order 2 large double whopper with cheese one with no tomato and you know what both get no tomato. Why is it so hard r follow instructions these days. Not happy and you call your self a restaurant.
