I have nothing but praise for John & Jade at Sadler’s Home. I have furnished numerous properties over the years using products from their store and my clients are always super pleased with the outcome! I can’t rave enough; their stock is always available and delivery is fast, the service is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble for them, the furniture is great quality yet is affordable. This is now my first stop shop!

Bought a couch from Sadlers - Quality and price was better than anything we'd seen at bigger the retailers. Jade who served us was super helpful and lovely. Delivery was next morning which was awesome as well. Glad we decided to pop in before we gave up!
Ordered a sofa from these guys. Have to say delivery was prompt and the sofa was nice. They delivered it and bolted out the door. When putting the foot on all of the pilot holes were not in sync with the footprint for the feet. Subsequently it was a little challenging to get in. I messaged to ask if it was normal and just raised it as concen, by no means a complaint. I was ignored. I left it as I didn't really care, the sofa was good. Few weeks later we go in to buy a dining table and a few other bits. I raised it to the man behind the counter, never have I ever been met with such a defensive arrogant attitude. If he told me it was normal I would have believed him and bought more stuff, but his response was rude. Good product, prompt delivery, however, there's lots of that around.... looses everything for been so uncomfortably rude
Great selection of furniture at excellent prices, and lovely people to deal with. Made a special effort to organise same day delivery of a sofa for us as we were a bit desperate. Would absolutely recommend and will almost certainly go back and get more stuff from them.
We recently bought a buffet from Sadler's Home. Very friendly and prompt service from the time of purchase to the second delivery. There was a minor issue with one of the doors on our buffet, but they were quick to get back to me and redeliver a new one the very next day. Good old fashioned customer service at it's best. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you!
