Visited the Osborne Park store. Had the pleasure of being served by Arif who gave me generous and thorough information. He was patient and gave me the mental space to decide. Mattress was delivered by Nathan & Kevan. Delivery was on time, efficient and swift. It was an overall five star experience. I fully recommend this store, Arif, Nathan & Kevan.
Ryan and Nathan were punctual and professional and very friendly when delivering our mattresses. Carried them all the way into the bedrooms with care and consideration of my house. Went to get a new mattress today and after a few minutes was greeted by Erin. I told her what I was looking for and what I currently have and she totally understood. She showed me a few options until we narrowed down to 2. She went to work out the best price while I had the opportunity to make a decision without pressure. I asked her what she would recommend and she was very open and honest. I liked that before she showed us anything she asked our budget so she wasn’t wasting our time or hers. We purchased the mattress and she made sure we understood their 60 day sleep guarantee and what would happen if I wasn’t happy. Amazing customer experience and having been in the customer service industry for over 30 years we don’t often find good service anymore. Thank you so much Erin and I look forward to my new mattress arriving.
Ben and Paul were respectable, fast, and friendly. They were in and out in under 8 minutes! Great work lifting the mattress upstairs. Affordable and efficient. Thank you so much!
