Once again we contacted House of Travel Northlands and Briggata Moore to return to NZ. As always she takes our wishes and makes them come true.she has taken us Around the world and back and forth from the USA to NZ many times. A wonderful company and a brilliant agent!

Rubbish House of travel. They don’t even deserve a single star. This is the first time that happened to me. Booked a flexi fare flight 4 months ago and detailing that I need a visa to go to Australia. Paid full in advance too! We should be flying today but couldn’t. Trusting them as ticketing agency that they know what they are doing. Miscommunication is their specialty! I had applied for my visa too late due to miscommunications. Casual sorry and charging us more with the flexi rate paid. Very disappointed

I have dealt with Brigitta Moore at House of Travel Northlink for 20 plus years. She is absolutely fantastic and a lovely person, she has organized some wonderful holidays for my family and I. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Usually we are very specific in our requirements.  Time is taken to understand these and meet our requirements.  Not always easy as we are not just book us on a cruise travelers

Prompt and helpful service. Accessible and responsive to individual need. HOT Northlink is our go to place to sort our travel plans.

Terrible customer  service  felt like she couldnt be bothered didnt show me any options or photos of accomadation .seemed like she wanted to get rid  of me very disappointed. Said she will send me an email still no link to accomadation for me to even view .ended up booking our own $1000 less than Sarah's quote . Will not be booking with them for my next trip

Rubbish customer service! They don't even deserve a single star! All she wants is to add more money on top of the ticket price; otherwise, can't be bothered to talk to us at all.

House of Trouble.  Rubbish customer service served up with a generous "couldn't care less" attitude. A missed detail which should have been picked up by people who do this everyday. Admittedly we also missed this but foolishly trusted the "professionals" This is the second time we've had issues with a HOT branch. Holy heck I just noticed that these clowns couldn't even arrange our airport transfers to and from the correct hotel.

Lazy staff did not do more for us only arranaged airport transfers 1 way at Singapore we have to find our own way back to airport when we fly out. Waste of $7000 FOR this holiday
