Thought give them a try as they're new. Given 24hrs to pay, but it took 8 emails & 5 phone calls to get Helloworld to provide a receipt for expense claim. Helloworld insisted that the credit card company should be the one providing the receipt, not the travel agent. Discovered upon check-in that the e-ticket Helloworld issued was missing one leg of my long haul flight! Should have just purchased flight online myself, instead of spending hours explaining every problem to Helloworld. In the end, had to sort it out with the airline myself.

Would not recommend. The senior consultant (I believe from research, older woman) herself was the rudest, most obstructive and unhelpful person ever. Left a really bad taste in my mouth as it's the first time I'd attempted to use a travel agent. It was like dealing with a child. 100% will not be going back and will be spreading the word to not use this one.
