Dealt with Hannah at HOT Alexandra remotely via email. She was brilliant. Great communication, prompt, helpful and very knowledgeable about post Covid travel. I tend to book myself and shy away from booking agents but Hannah made me feel in good hands. We can't wait for our trip in September!
We just got back from the most amazing trip! Izzy helped us create our dream itinerary for traveling South Africa and Zimbabwe and it was the trip of a lifetime, we loved it! A tricky thing came up on our way home with an airline delaying our flights and having her available to help us navigate our way home took all the stress out of it. Wanted to mention too that she also helped with our travel arrangements earlier this year to go swimming with the whales in Tonga, which was an absolute dream. We're so grateful for all her help in getting these amazing experiences ticked off our bucket list. We're already dreaming up our next holiday and won't go anywhere else for travel assistance, Izzy's the best.
