No Cash, No business! A retail store in the City of Bunbury and they don't take cash! Absolutely disgraceful. I will take my money elsewhere.
My mother in law went to pay cash for her items, was told rudely by staff " we are cashless, its card only". Cash is a legal. Extremely disappointing. Lost our business.

Recently had a bad experience here when my Australian Currency cash was refused while trying to purchase an item displayed for sale in this store. House is taking the unprecedented approach of refusing cash and only accepting card payment. I wonder at the legality of this .
So much variety here. Anything kitchen is in this shop, and I do mean anything.
The only problem here is that you don't take cash! I was under the impression that to refuse Australian currency was illegal! I won't be shopping at House again. It caused great inconvenience to us.
This has to be the worst House store in Australia. It looks like a bomb has gone off in the premises, with stuff in the road of peoples movement. But the biggest issue are the staff, unpleasant, unhelpful and in fact rude. We try and support the local business but if needing anything from House will will go out to Eaton. The owner needs to take notice and change or they will close due to a lack of customers
Love the Christmas specials. One of my favourite places to get crockery and cutlery and pots and pans. Lots of gift ideas. Handy parking nearby.
