FANTASTIC STORE GREAT STAFF never rude god only knows what that person is going on about who wrote the bad review, has nothing to do with the way you dress maybe its the way you spoke to the person who was helping get over it. Anyway they have good quality items at a very good price, and they know their stuff. Thanks
Store Manager Kelly is a hoot. Extremely knowledgeable. She really cared about what she sold to me. She wasn’t a typical sales person. I can not express how happy I was leaving the Baldivis store. I recently lost a dear friend whom also shopped here I believe she also was served by Kelly on many occasions. Kelly I hope this gets back to you. Truly thank you for the service. I will highly recommend the business to all. Yvonne.
The manager was extremely rude to me, so rude in fact the other sales person was speechless and just put her head down in embarrassment. She spoke to me like I was an annoyance even at one point placing her hand up to my face when asking why she couldn’t return the funds for a cover set I just purchased five minutes prior and put the funds towards the new purchase that was a higher price. She was nice but short at first then when I changed my mind she turned into something else. I was so upset when I left the store I burst into tears in the centre and a nice lady from Coles approached me to ask if I was okay. She had heard the conversation and was disgusted. She consoled me then left. Not that it matters at all but I am a professional in the Finance sector, extremely well to do person but this day I was dressed like a slouch on my day off. Yet she spoke to me so so rudely to the point I was in tears. I truely believe she was like that because of how I was dressed and that behaviour in this day and age is absolutely dispicable. Who is she to judge customers and treat them how she feels they should be treated by how they are dressed. She should be ashamed of herself. Never have I ever been treated with such discard. I will never shop at that store again and that Manager with a dark bob should be fired or retrained by David Jones. An awful woman who ensured I will personally never spend a cent in the store. I would wager if I had one of my Louis Vuitton bags and had a suit on this would never had occurred.
Absolutely fantastic the lady who served me was lovely incredibly helpful and I bought home some beautiful things
Woman with dark hair tied back working here was so rude she made us uncomfortable so we placed our intended purchases back on the shelf and left. Very short, snippy and aggressive, it’s just bedding love, get over yourself.
Nice range of products, staff very friendly and happy to help us.
