A couple assistants are very unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude. One cashier was busy casual chatting with her colleagues, both pretending not seeing me standing in front of the counter and waiting. Where are their manners ?
I understand Christmas is a stressful time of year for retail workers, however the cashier's attitude yesterday was awful. Genuinely the worst customer service I have witnessed. The other worker's were very helpful, so it is a shame that my experience was ruined by this one person.
I have previously given positive reviews for this store but I was in there on Sunday 09 August and appalled at the more mature ladies customer service. She was very condescending to a young gentleman that may have had an intellectual disability and made a snide remark as he left. This behaviour is unacceptable. My husband went to pay and I was unsure of which email address my membership was under, she sighed and slammed her mouse, again she has no idea why I may struggle to remember. From a shop I visited regularly I may be reluctant and most certainly will boycott if she is serving.
My favourite store but at the same time some of the female staff members are very good at making all the customers extremely unwelcome
