After taking the plunge and purchasing an investment property, I chose to place my unit into management with Holiday Mooloolaba and couldn’t be happier. The team are friendly, flexible and approachable and they not only manage my bookings but also look after cleaning and linen changes as well as any maintenance that may arise. I feel comfortable knowing my property is in expert hands. My property income has continued to increase and I’m now seeing repeat bookings. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandy and the team to owners who want their investment property managed with care and professionalism.
My family and I recently stayed in an apartment managed by Holiday Mooloolaba. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was on the budget end of the scale but we got what we paid for and then some! The Apartment was very clean and set up lovely. I could tell the Apartment was owned by an older person but we loved the homely touches. The kids also appreciated the free Wifi. The staff at Holiday Mooloolaba are warm and welcoming. We will defiantly be booking again. Value for money 100%!!
Booked for two nights at 123 Bradman Ave Maroochydore. Place was so dusty, I could write the word “dusty” on the tv cabinet. Insects crawling across table, filthy shower screen frames which needed replacing years ago I would suggest. Stained, grubby chair seats, so uninviting that we didn’t want to sit in them. Stained carpet, unbelievably old and shabby decor, I don’t think St Vinnies would accept, no air con, which they state however if you open the sliding doors for some fresh air, the traffic is very noisy. Also it was on the top floor and no lift. We also had to drive to Mooloolaba to pick up and drop off the key which was very inconvenient. I took photos of the condition of the unit and relayed my concerns to Holiday Mooloolaba. They were very rigid and not helpful at all. They sent someone from their office to “inspect” the unit. They said it was fine, except for some dust, so they offered to refund the cleaning fee! Whoever inspected the unit must have low standards for cleanliness. We stayed one night but paid fully for two. It was about $700. Not happy.
We stayed at an apartment in Mooloolaba. The unit was exactly as it was described on the website. It was cute and cosy and close to all amenities. The Holiday Mooloolaba staff were so lovely and accommodating! We would 100% recommend staying again. Thanks Holiday Mooloolaba!!
Had a fantastic time in Mooloolaba, which started with the excellent customer service upon our arrival. Thanks so much to the lovely ladies at Holiday Mooloolaba. The apartment lived up to all our expectations.
The people were lovely to book with. The view of the house we stayed at was amazing we loved it was a little creepy, we didn’t know that it was the owners items in the locked doors in the bathroom which had us questing why it was padlocked we wondered into thinking it was about the intruder movie as we checked out I told the lady about the experience, I definitely will come back and use this service maybe to find something that isn’t scary and shared perhaps your own little house. But definitely a beautiful house
Always nice ladies, very helpful and polite. I've had to deal with them on many occasions to get keys for holiday apartments to paint.

Jodie was a phenomenal host from the get-go. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable whilst sorting any issues we had very quickly. Great at her job and definitely influenced our stay for the better!
Absolutely disgusting booking company! It took over 6 hours of mediation to try and get a refund for our booking. We informed them a family member had been diagnosed with cancer and couldn't make the booking due to chemotherapy. We offered to supply them with doctors certificates to support our cancellation and they still refused to offer us a full refund. We had to involve Airbnb to mediate on our behalf due to holiday mooloolaba's horrible and uncompassionate attitued. Thankfully Airbnb helped us immediately and offered a full refund and compassionate apology. Zero Star Rating!
