STRONGLY advise NOT to list with Jarred or sign up with this Agency.  He took advantage of my family’s situation and sold the home for $75,000 less than valued. We were Conned and manipulated by this Agency in my opinion. When sold, they even advertised the home being sold on their website for more than it was actually sold for. Totally Unscrupulous with no moral compass.

Ahh yeah questionable!   These guys are not what they seem hence the low rating. Yes - you have an attractive sign on entrance to Sunshine Plaza but hey you may be looking good but hell your practices could be litigious. Just saying lovely. 😉

Would highly recommend. Real estate agent Daniel Mendes was great, highly professional, very hardworking and dedicated, while dealing with a difficult personal situation at the sellers' end. Thank you.
