Story

Redline Coaches (also known as Tasmania's Own Redline) is a coach transport company in Tasmania, Australia. The company is involved in both charter services and regular routes from Tasmania's three major cities - Burnie to Launceston and Launceston to Hobart, and in 1988 added an additional run, from Smithton to Burnie. In addition the coaches run from the state's major airports to the city centres.

the lady wroking at the desk is super super helpful, always willing to look for information for us and tell us the best way to visit some places. Definitely the best transit center I have ever been to. If you are traveling in Tasmania and don’t have a car, no worries, they will help you out with no doubt!!! 100% satisfied with their service:
great little bus terminal. very very small though and quite a fair walk from town. great customer service though. 5 star
A disgrace for a transit centre in a capital city. No facilities at all. We just sat on the footpath outside to wait for a coach. Not even a bench to sit on. Launceston's transit centre is beautiful in comparison.
Simple but serves the purpose intended. There is a great coffee shop next door that is open at 7am. The transit centre is only open for a few hours in the morning, 9am- noon, the a few hours in the afternoon. There are a couple of lounges to sit on if it rains. I would advise booking on line a few days prior to departure, although most people just turn up and pay on the day
The opening hours of the shop need to vastly improve and the ticketing system is outdated.
Very central location, very convenient
What a shame a Tasmanian icon now pulls up and off loads on the foot path
Not really a transit centre. Just a converted shop used by the intercity bus company . Within walking distance of several hire car depots.
Redline have beautiful comfortable red bus it's lovely so comfy. Has toilet on board. Leather seats
Lady on the front counter was very helpful
