Very rude staff on the phone lines. Also not very willing to look up info for the customer , automatic assume the customer is wrong and have very little knowledge about the service or how to find out anything. Zero stars . Seems the qualifications to work for metro is rudeness the same as most of the bus drivers nowadays .
I wish I could give a higher rating since the staff have always been not only fast but utterly joyous to talk to. But this store is so often not reliable. It seems to be closed every second day I need it, which can be very stressful when it comes to transport. Though take this with a grain of salt since it could be honest bad timing on my end.
Unbelievable, you have only one public transportation in Hobart, that is bus service and you have no excuse to provide poor service. Buses some time comes very late or before time, on top of this NO SHOW OMG …how can you even think of doing that with out informing public? consecutive 3 days 429 Summerleas 06:12 PM is no show. Hopeless…!

Where you can purchase the green card for some public transport the card cost me $5.00 for a pensioner, plus $10.00, this lased me 8 days, so is reasonable. Some other Bus companies iin Tasmania only accept cash.
