Have been twice now. Had an issue with the service first time around but was ok second, however the final nails themselves were fantastic both times and I will continue using this salon for this reason. Very quick but precise, good value for money. Would’ve given it a 5 star if they’d made me feel more welcome and didn’t use their phones whilst working understand it’s most likely communicating with clients but feel this should be the job of a receptionist!Service: Manicure

Avoid this place at ALL Costs!! We booked 3 manicures at the same time. My granddaughter started, 15 minutes later they took me. Then they took another customer while my daughter still waited. 30 minutes later she still hadn’t been taken. My tech was almost done with filing and doing my cuticles and I told him to just finish and skip polish because we were not happy. He charged me full price! VERY CLUELESS!! Service: Manicure
I took my mom there for a pedicure and the pedicure itself was good, but that’s it. I’ve made an appointment through google and when I got there they had no idea about my booking, thank god it was empty. Other than that, no one really made an effort to make us understand what they were saying, almost murmuring everything. They put my mom to wait for her nails to dry under a large machine and she stayed there for 20 minutes - I had to ask what were we supposed to do then because she was practically forgotten there, once again the person murmured something to me and walked away. I approached someone else wanting to pay so we could leave, and only then I was informed it is a cash only business. I had to go to the ATM, which is ok and it happens, however it would be much better to know that BEFORE the service was made. Again, the pedicure itself was good, but I will not come back and wouldn’t recommend.
Well, about my experience. Cash only, No fan to absorb dust on the table, no coffee, no tea or biscuit, £45 for doing your nails wrong and when you try to explain that nails look different ways they reply: you have different fingers. Strange. £45 is abusive. It's the first and last time. No thanks.
I booked pedicure and BIAB nails which in the description is explained as an extension of your nails without the tip but instead, when it was my turn, the man said they don’t do extension. I only had a quick pedicure at the end.Service: Pedicure
One of the worst manicures I had for sure: it only took 15 minutes, the technician was looking at his phone, not my nails the whole time. In the middle of it I was asked to go and wash my hands for some reason never happened in any other salon. Cuticles were removed really badly, had to point every single one to fix and even after that the next day it feels like I need a manicure again. Filing also uneven. Nail polish was uneven too. In the end I just asked to remove all of it and put a clear layer. Maybe some of the masters are good there but I just had a really bad experience.
I went there for a waxing appointment today and it was done by Jaquelyne, who was really amazing. Very nice and friendly and the treatment was done perfectly, she really took the time to remove all the little hair on my legs! I really recommend her, and I will be back! Thank you again! I visited this salon today and felt like the person doing my acrylic nails had never done acrylics before which is not what I expected considering the price for acrylics. The nails are not what I wanted but I couldn’t even correct him as he seemed to be struggling to do such simple nails. I enjoyed the pedicure but would have preferred it if the same person who did my pedicure well was also able to do my nails. I found the price list to be extremely confusing but again the girl who did my pedicure was more than happy to explain.Service: Pedicure
I had to cancel my appointment a few hours before as I was feeling sick and suspected I had COVID-19 and I didn’t want to put people at risk by going to the salon. Upon cancellation however I was charged the full amount and when I contacted the salon to explain what happened and to ask for a reschedule or a voucher they did not help! I was very disappointed as I was looking forward to my massage but didn’t appreciate the customer service.Service: Back massages
