Hills Family Funerals provided an exceptional service in helping my family make arrangements for my dear father's funeral last week. Richard and Amy were understanding of our needs and preferences, and went over and above to accommodate our needs, promptly and professionally. Every detail discussed was executed with a degree of sophistication that surpassed our expectations. The team present at the funeral were also professional and conducted everything tastefully and made the day run smoothly. Hills Family Funerals helped make a very difficult time much easier and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services.
Hills family funerals looked after my family when we lost my dad 3 years ago. We were so felt overwhelmed as we didn’t know what to do but they were so supportive, caring and in no way pressured you to spend big like some of my friends have experience with these corporate companies. They are a family run business who care for the families which became apparent as every year we are invited to attend a service to remember our lost family member. We would just like to thank the team at hills family funerals and the ministers who do the service for all your dedication to the care of our loved ones and continued support to all of their families. The team at Hills family funerals were kind, supportive and accommodating at the most difficult time in our lives from the first phone call to the end of the Service. They ensured we achieved every wish we had for a unique farewell for my father and went above and beyond by suggesting things we hadn’t considered, which is now so cherished. we felt comforted knowing my father was in the hands of the team at Hills family funerals. Nothing was too big or small, we felt at ease with the young man that ran the funeral on the day he ensured we were truly looked after and never rushed. They are wonderful to work with and I couldn’t recommend them more.
We had a very good experience with Hills in their caring and attentive attitude our needs. The funeral was conducted with much grace and we all felt well taken care of. Hills has been very flexible with our requests, catering to our special ethnic requirements. We would to express our gratitude to the Hill Family Funerals for their assistance in our time of need.
My experience with Hills Family Funerals was really positive. Our Funeral Director, Leonie was so kind and patient in explaining all of the details. Great communication and nothing was a problem or too much trouble and every request was catered to. Also, my thanks to Brianna for fixing our photo presentation and taking that worry off my hands. The service was lovely and Rev Aiken was just perfect. My thanks to the entire team at Hills Family Funerals.
Richard and the team at Hills Family Funerals were professional and compassionate in helping us say goodbye to our mother. The ceremony was lovely and they made the entire process as easy as possible.
We have Hills Family Funerals assisting us with my Dad's funeral at the time of COVID 19 restriction. It was a sudden lost. I called other funeral service, left message but no one call us back after 3 attempts, so Hills Family Funeral was second on our list. I am glad we did called Hills Family Funeral as they assist us right away. We were set a meeting right away. Having never have to go through this before, this was a big relieve for me and my family. All the staff members that we came across from the time we put our first call were really professional. Richard was there for us all the time and all the way through. They fulfil all our requests promptly. I highly recommended Hills Family Funeral - Castle Hill to whom that needed.
We were very happy with the service by Hills Family Funerals. They were attentive to our wishes and Brett was the perfect choice as Celebrant for my father. Reasonable prices and the salute to my Dad from Richard and Brett was a lovely touch.
