Service and support at Allan Drew was absolutely priceless. During such a hard time in organising Mum's funeral, they handled everything so delicately, compassionately and supported me through every step. The chapel is such a beautiful comforting space and the staff so accommodating they felt like part of the family. I could not recommend them any higher. Thank you for making Mum's and our journey memorable, easy and so supported.

I can't recommend Allan Drew Funerals Castle Hill more highly.  I'm  trying to find standout behaviour from them but the truth is that every single thing they did was perfect for us and our loved one.  They were amazing from the first call with Lisa and our initial meeting with Richard to the actual service with Rob,  Emma and Richard in their beautiful chapel.  Nothing was too much trouble, they treated us and our loved one with the utmost respect and they struck exactly the right tone while doing it.  Importantly, they never took advantage of our grief by trying to charge us for things we didn't need, quite the opposite in fact, they saved us money on things we didn't need due to the nature of our very small private service.

We celebrated my husband's father's memorial service on Tuesday, and we were absolutely delighted with the chapel, and the reception hall. Richard and Sheryl and the team looked after our family and guests so well. We couldn't have been happier with the send off we gave Charlie. And we would highly recommend this company and the venue. All of the audio visual equipment worked perfectly, the live stream for international and interstate guests was excellent and professional. The acoustics in the chapel were brilliant! Thankyou to everyone involved on the day!

Everything was perfect from the team at Allan Drew Funerals for my father's funeral. Tahnee was brilliant in her communication from the very beginning. Her sympathetic nature was truly valued at our darkest time as a family. Rob was wonderful on the day, supporting the family and all formal proceedings. The choosing of all items was within a great range of cost. No pushy behaviour to pick the most expensive items on the list. Highly recommend Allan Drew Funerals.

Competent, compassionate, excellent. I very rarely give five stars, because I want outstanding services like this to stand out.  When Dad died last weekend, Mum followed the advice of a friend and rang Allan Drew Funerals. This turned out to be excellent advice. They came with compassion, handled all the legal details to do with Dad's body, and left very little for Mum and me to worry about for the service.  I'd never even been to a funeral before, so I appreciated their attention and grace—they handled so many things that Mum and I wouldn't even have thought of! They completely respected our wishes for a secular service, and referred us to excellent professionals for the programme, filming and photo tribute. The celebrant was fantastic.  On the day of the funeral, I overheard two of Dad's friends separately remark that this is the funeral service they want when their turn comes around. I can't imagine a higher recommendation than that! I did have one very minor concern, and they handled that feedback graciously and professionally. Overall, everything simply went extremely well.  This could have been one of the most fraught weeks of my life, but my friends came through for me in ways I couldn't have imagined, and so did Allan Drew. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Nast funeral director. pushed my grandmother off the casket stand onto the floor and then mowed over her with a tractor. would not recommend

It has been just over 12 months now since our Mum passed away. I didn't get to leave a review then but have thought often how very lovely everyone was. They made a very sad time a lovely time to remember. It was a lovely tribute to a most precious Mum. I can't speak highly enough of the service & special care they provided.

Allan Drew  Funeral directors, are professional and easy to work with. I have had the honour of filming ceremonies in their heritage chapel, for loved ones that couldn't be there on the day.

Extremely caring and professional I highly recommend these wonderful people.

Fantastic service offered from Allan Drew, staff were extremely respectful and the service was very peaceful.Very nice little chapel that is onsite. Drivers were very respectful when leaving the service.
