Both my parents chose TJ Andrews for their Funeral Service, setting both up back in 2012. When mum passed in 2016 I had the support of dad and TJ Andrews staff to help us both navigate through this very emotional and time pressured period. Just recently after dad passed, I had to navigate the journey essentially alone my immediate family whilst helpful and supportive had never travelled the path so were morally supportive only. The TJ Andrews staff across all elements of this very emotional time were able to ensure all aspects of the service were covered and also to ensure that dad's farewell was the best it could be, not only for him and us but those who attended to say their farewell too. I cannot speak more highly of them as an organisation I can trust and recommend to anyone who is working through one of life's least popular journeys.
We cannot thank the wonderful staff at TJ Andrews for their compassion and professionalism when organising my beatiful Dad's funeral. From the first interaction with Karen, she demonstrated such kindness and really looked after my sister, mother and myself. Karen guided us through the process with calmness and reassured us that all would be in place on the day. Jonno supported and guided us on the day and I cannot speak more highly of him. Mum said she felt cherished by him. Saying goodbye to our beautiful dad and Mum's husband of almost 63 years was made much easier by Karen and Jonno. We were also so impressed with Lynnette who organised the order of service, video from a family member overseas, music etc. Everything was done without fuss and we knew we were able to trust Lynette to have everything in place on the day. We were not disappointed! Dad's funeral reflected the much loved family man and true gentleman he was, we could not have done this without the guidance of Karen, Jonno and Lynette. Thank you to all staff for their wonderful service, you are all definitely in the right profession!
Earlier this year, my mother sadly passed away. I chose TJ Andrews as they had done a wonderful service at my father’s funeral a few years earlier. Every little detail leading up to, during, and after the funeral was taken care of by Glenn and the team at TJ Andrews. The day was as perfect as can be for a funeral for someone as special as our mum. I can say that their empathy, understanding, compassion & professionalism was above & beyond! I highly recommend TJ Andrews to take care of your loved ones, in what can be a difficult time for anyone.
TJ Andrews coordinated the funeral of my mother who passed recently. My brothers and I were extremely happy with the care and concern given to us during the whole process. The professionalism and expertise shown by the staff and particularly Peter, who managed the funeral, made us very comfortable and confident we were in good hands. A huge thankyou to Glenn & his team for providing such a beautiful service for our dear father. Everything was perfect, Michael the celebrant, the flowers, Order of Service booklet & the Live streaming in which we receive lovely feedback from dad's friends & extended family that could not attend. They also provided us a copy of the live stream to keep. TJ Andrews have been a big part in our family for over two decades now & every service they have performed for us has been perfect. Their compassion & professionalism has been above & beyond every time.
We would like to sincerely thank Glenn Hillier and TJ Andrews for helping us with my grandfather's funeral last year. Despite the challenges of covid restrictions and virtual planning, working with this team was so easy. Glenn was helpful, kind and responded to any queries with ease. TJ Andrews were very professional and kind when my mother passed away. They guided us in very unsure times and were very helpful, patient and kind. They had everything in place so we didn't have to worry or stress. I am very grateful to them for their experience, professionalism, comfort and dignity.
I would like to thank TJ Andrews for their professionalism throughout the process of arranging my mother-in-law's funeral. Every little detail was taken care of by Glenn and the team at TJ Andrews and the day was "perfect". Although a sad time to be saying goodbye to a loved one, rest assured we were more than happy, that it all went to plan. My mother-in-law, Rosa would of been so proud of her celebration of life conducted by all involved, even during the craziness of COVID and restrictions. Karen and the team at TJ Andrews had done a fabulous job of supporting us through this very difficult time at the passing away of my father Dr S J Wilson. They were extremely supportive and funeral service ended up being so beautiful and was a great send off for my father - thanks for all the support!
