Very bad customer service experience from wellington branch. Lots of hidden charges. Online price and original bill is entirely different. Lots of extra charges which is not mentioned either online or by staff. Not recommendable.

I originally picked up the vehicle from Queenstown, and had to drop it off at Picton and pick up a new one in Wellington. Due to a mix up at Queenstown, the staff at Hania St expected me to show up a day prior to my actual arrival, and that resulted in my reserved vehicle not being available. However, they immediately upgraded me to the next class and within 5 minutes I was on my way. Excellent customer service and very kind people working here!
