Credit card charges are to high, pre loaded cards aren't accepted for payment, insurance  pushed with implied penalties. A scratch to paintwork will cost $3000 initially if you don't use their insurance. Snarky service.

staff were helpful in getting us a good vehicle at a good price. Very professional and efficient. Car was good too, no issues at all.

Scammers, unkind, uncomfortable,
You have to check everything before you drive.
Be careful before signing the contract.
It is better to use other car rental companies.
