It takes a lot for me to review and give a good one.nnOh boy this is a good one.nnHeritage Bakery has by exceeded my taste buds.nnI am not a pie eater but wow were these pies good.nnI'm from Wollongong and was down south for work.nnThe outside and look of the venue is what peaked my curiosity as a potential place to visit.nnComing inside the atmosphere and vibe of the place was nice and pleasant.nnWe ordered the heritage steak pie and chicken and veg.nnTaste 1000/1000. I have literally talked and raved about it with my friends for a good 2 weeks.nnMy wife who is not a big pie eater was also impressed. You can tell really tell the quality in the cooking. The taste speaks for itself. Big props to the chef and staff.nnThe drinks were also pleasant. My wife ordered a peach ice tea and it was really refreshing as well.nnThank you again to the team and staff. You made our outing the best it could be.
This is an iconic bakery, dating back to the 1800s. We visit it every time we pass through Milton- always in search of the ‘best Vanilla Slice ever’. The food selections are good - including assorted pies / pastries / sandwiches etc. Be careful though - they are now ‘cashless’.
We stopped here to try the meat pies, definitely worth the stop! Coffee was not bad.nThe fresh bread amazing!nAs for the pastries i didn’t try any although the custard tarts looks yum.nIts is credit card only , that probably was the only disappointment.
Great bakery with delicious food, bit pricey but what isn't these days. We had the sausage rolls and much to our delight the sauce was free! Unheard of in today's world! Well done
