Literally had the most authentic Thai dish here I've ever had outside of Thailand. Excellent food and service, definitely recommend.
This unassuming bar and restaurant sure caught us by pleasant surprise. Service was impeccable and friendly from the beginning, with constant check-ins. Menu was explained to us, including that delicious special of a duck Thai curry - so well-cooked and tasty! Finally, the desserts were on point, be sure to expect a delectable taste explosion with the mousse and tart.
The burgers are really good! The beef was super juicy and the bread was soft with a crispy outer layer. The chips were perfectly cooked and were hot and fresh when they came out. 10/10 one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!
Service, excellent.nFood quality, much more than ok, however we've eaten at some excellent restaurants and this didn't quite make it we also have an excellent personal butcher. The charcoal BBQ flavour was definitely there and a big plus.nThoroughly recommend HERD for somewhere to dine in Healesville.
HERD WAS AMAZING! We came here for our 15th anniversary from Queensland and we could not have been more happy, especially with the the service from this small family business. The owner, and his Son were wonderful, and made the nicest cocktails, poured the best local wine and served food made with local ingredients - really excellent night, excellent vibe, excellent everything! Thank you so much :
