There are not enough words to express how fantastic Brian and his team are! I have been coming to them for years and buy flowers a couple of times a month! Every time I walk in it just gets more and more beautiful with the arrangements! Brian and his team did my wedding flowers, decor, bouquet and button hole for the men. Everything was exactly how I imagined but better! Brian worked with my ideas and they executed everything perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your floral needs!
For every occasion that I need flower, I always go here. Simply the best! My family and friends love them so much
We went into the shop looking for a nice orchid. We have just moved from Bangkok and my wife misses the orchids we used to have in our apartment there. We found a lovely piece but we did not quite like the pot it was sitting in. We asked whether we could have the plant in a glass fishbowl and the florist said Yes. We left him to do his thing for about 30 mins and went back to this beautiful piece. The price was lower than some other florists we had visited. It looked cool and we will definitely be back.
Love that I can always find my favourite Grandiflora roses here!!! They also stock many other kinds of flowers, love their arrangement work too! You can see throughout all of Chadstone shopping centre, especially at luxury stores!
very poor experience, if I have chance to give negative star rating, I will give MINUS 5 STAR. At first, I was not allow to have close look of flowers when making my selection. After I sensed the poor condition of these flowers, I ask for exchange, and they refused. That is ridiculous, this flower is 20 dollars, but it looks like those that ready to be disposed at any time. Anyway, I will NEVER ever shop anything in that store. It is a really disgusting ! I recommend market inside the Chadstone or Woolworth, where the flower is more fresh and cheap, and most importantly it worth every dollar we pay.
Love the friendly and fabulous service at this florist! We often ask for their help in some arrangements. This was one of their fabulous works! Done by Mrs Brian! It was a customised arrangement to fit our packaging for a special someone! Brian, Alice, MJ are always fantastic! They always give tips on how to care for cut flowers and plants too!
Beautiful and creative flower arrangements, even gave me a glass vase to put the flower arrangement in thank you once again. This florist does not fail to deliver, customer service at it's best.
Perhaps the worst place that I had ever been. I ordered 40 large red roses on 19/05. And I wanted the gypsophila paniculata for embellishment at least. And it documented on a paper that I will pick up on 10 o'clock in the morning on 20/05. The owner of the shop promised me the roses were the best and largest in the shop. And I was satisfied with the sample. But! But! When I was going to pick up the followers, the owner told me they hadn't do it at all! I can still remember the owner's facial expression. Looks like a child, who make a mistake, try to avoid punishments. This was not all. They told me we didn't have gypsophila paniculata for embellishment. And the roses they gave me were so tiny and not fresh at all. Just like the 10 dollars roses sold in supermarket. Can you imagine that forty red roses stick together without any design and other things? It was so disgusting! My girl friend just hated it!
Great florist, love their hearty native Australian bunches that are elegant, delightful to look at and last ages and reasonably priced. Staff are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable.
I love the flowers when I have previously purchased in store so I decided that it was a no brainer to get some delivered to my mother for a special occasion. I was very very wrong, the flowers delivered were nothing like what I ordered and the substitutions made were disappointing and embarrassing. The $120 colourful arrangement was delivered looking like a $25 tiny and insignificant piece. I couldn’t contact the store as the delivery company is Petals Network and they offered me a promo code for 30% off the next purchase. No thanks.
