If only I have another choice to move to a different health clinic I would. Receptionist so rude and the first time I heard they don’t take booking til the next day so you have to ring again the next day to book an appointment and mind you you will have to pay to read the result when you already have paid when you spoke to them the first time to get the test so frustrating that I have to leave a review
The worst medical practice in New Zealand in my experience. Receptionist lady old one is most unhelpful and mis-fit for this job and has major lack of empathy. Doctors have no personal interest in patient’s life. They do not even try to draw a holistic picture... NOT RECOMMENDED.
The reception lady Mary is very rude, I find that they rush you while your in the appointments and they take forever to see you on scheduled appointments. The only doctor at the clinic who cares and helps out is Dr Andy. There always fully booked when you ring to book you'd be lucky to see them the next two weeks later just for an appointment you urgently needed to see your Dr the next day.
Dr Rob Seddon-Smith is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for 6 years. I have to travel quite a bit to see him but it is priceless to find such a good doctor. Karen and Mary at reception are friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Hei Hei Health Center.
I was in such a panic today with my 16 year old son whom had just recently moved out of home and living out these ways unexpectedly getting sick from his NEW job....and i was needing to change him from our family doctor in Rangiora to Hei Hei health care so he could be seen.....! HONESTLY.....I have never met a quick to act, awesome, caring, friendly, professional, down to earth, real people medical team as you guys.... Karen you made my sons transition over to you guys so smoothly no worries and made me feel calm straight away...like for real..... the front of the house says it all......and you are 5 stars in my eyes so thank you Doctor Rob....the most real and down to earth GP I have ever met..i have a different outlook and respect for doctor's now... so thank you so much....we sooooooo need more people like you and your staff in the medical area. Ignoring all the government warnings to people, especially professional people, to report any obvious child neglect, Doctor Rob-Seddon Smith chose to blatantly close his eyes and not report to Child, Youth and Family an obvious patient of his who required help. It took police intervention to save this child from two sex offenders known to the police living in the child's home and in the most disgusting unhealthy environment. A Child, Youth and Family case worker said that he would not even put his dog on the bed where this child was put to sleep. Knowing full well that Doctor Rob-Seddon Smith had been alerted to the neglect of this child on numerous occasions, he chose to take the easy road out and ignore. Shameful!
receptionist seemed fine to me, i rate this doctors highly its cheaper than any other ive been to and they seen me extremely quick
Dr Rob is abit rude and judgey and doesn't like the fact that children are free to see him, the reception lady is lovely though
always being good to me,and mary she likes a bit of arghee barghee they are so busy there at all times and yes dr rob is a good person hes always being a sharpshooter i dont know what this other person going on at dr rob for,hes factual and i for one dont think he would of let a child slip thru the cracks sounds a bit like sour grapes to me,for all its worth all the teams there are on point
Reception is terrible. Bad manners and you will have to call atleast 5 times for somebody to actually pick up the phone just for them to put you on hold!
