Doctors are good but whenever i have an appointment, always have to wait for 20-30 minutes. They have no value for your time..
I got a flu vaccination and I was very impressed with this service this morning. I’ve been through some chemo and the staff were so helpful and understanding and even came out to my car to give me the vaccination because my immunity was so low. Appreciate it very much. I’ve been coming here for a number of years and I can’t fault it, very friendly and lovely staff and excellent service.
Moved to Hillmorton just after the quakes.Have moved now to Halswell 2yrs.I still go to the team at Hillmed.Never had a problem getting an appointment.Cost is good compared to some of my workmate practices.Parking never a problem.With a team of staff if your regular is away/unavailable then someone else can see youhappened twice,easyReception and nurses also great.Thanks.
Hi Everyone, I am posting this for hillmed health as its one of the best health center i seen in christchurch with most wonderful doctors and staff who can support you and understand you in your tough time and situation.I am thankful to all doctors there and my special thanks and regards to Dr Catherine thomas who is most amazing person to deal with if you face any challenges in regards to your health or mentally.You can have a word with her and she definitely helps you.I am really very thankful fo hillmed heath for giving such awesome services to help the patients and i highly recommend and rate the center.
Firstly They don’t have an appointment for a week with your GP, Once you get it then you have to be in waiting room for ages. Asked the receptionist how long will i have to wait another 15 minutes she replies after talking with the doctor. Then you have to come back without seeing the doctor after waiting there for nearly 30 minutes. You should stop wasting patients time and enrolling new patients if you can handle the workload. DISAPPOINTMENT.
Dr.Catherine is very friendly and always makes me comfortable during my appointment and deals promptly.
I have been with Hillmed health from good few years. Never had any problem all doctors, nurses and receptionist are so good. But very disappointed with new doctor Catherine Thomas. I had appointment with her twice and was so disappointing . She is hopeless. I think its better stay home instead of booking with her.
Ive been attending this practice for about 12 years my main doctor is Cathy Alison shes always done an amazing job and goes above and beyond. I had a emergency appointment with the New doctor Catherine and she was really lovely as well The nurses are amazing and have been the same the majority of my time at this clinic The receptionist Wendy and Sue are lovely and and always make your feel welcomed Highly recommend
